Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to deliver predesigned high-energy kickboxing workouts to groups of 30 clients or more in a positive, high-energy manner
• Build ILKB attendance and retain current clientele
• Must be proficient in all types of Social Media
• Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
• Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns/feedback in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution and retention when applicable.
• Sales driven and reaching goals for yourself and the studio
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of the studio
• Market ILKB Carle Place inside and outside the ILKB studio.
• Assist with community outreach as needed
• Be flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays
• Provide progress and regress exercises on the fly, in real time.
• Flexible Schedule; must be available to work mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays. We offer holiday pay.

As a Sales Associate / Fitness Coach at our NEW iLoveKickboxing.com studio you’ll be selling memberships, making phone calls to leads, posting on social media to keep members engaged and teaching a high energy cardio kickboxing class. Don’t know how to kickbox, no problem we’ll train you!

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Fitness minded, being able to take and teach an hour-long high intensity kickboxing class
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Must hold and maintain current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Social media proficiency is a MUST and please provide us your IG handle.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
